Delete Your Account

You can delete your Hyzeer account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Hyzeer (the Android app, or app.hyzeer.com) and log in.
2. Optional: Me → Download my data, to keep a copy.
3. Me → Delete account.
4. Open the link in the email Hyzeer sends you within 24 hours. Your account is deleted only then; not opening it cancels the deletion.

Without the app

If you can't log in, write to support@hyzeer.com from the email of your account and ask us to delete it. We send you a link to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile, settings, discs, labels and found reports are deleted, and your labels stop working.
• Active subscriptions are cancelled.
• Your drafts, and your games that no other player joined, are deleted.
• Everything is removed within 30 days. Backups expire after 30 days.

What is kept, without your name

• Finished games with other players keep your scores, so their results don't change; your name is replaced with "Deleted player", and your throws and discs are removed.
• Course changes and course photos stay on the course page, shown as added by a deleted player.
• Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
• Reports you sent stay with our team, without your name.

Your username is never given to anyone else. Your email can be used for a new account right away.
